Location: throughout Latvia.
Wanted: men and women aged 18 to 55 years old.
Salary: up to 1200 EUR per month net.
Work schedule:
− 8 – 10 hours a day;
− 5 days a week.
Responsibilities:
− plowing, harrowing, cultivating and other types of land cultivation;
− fertilizing, sowing seeds and planting seedlings;
− watering, weeding, spraying against pests and diseases;
− harvesting by hand or with the help of machinery;
− sorting, packaging and preparing products for storage or transportation;
− feeding, watering and cleaning places where livestock (cows, pigs, poultry, sheep) are kept;
− participation in milking, shearing, or other species-specific tasks.
Requirements:
− physical endurance: work in agriculture often involves physical exertion, working outdoors in all weathers,
and lifting loads;
− responsibility and discipline: adherence to the schedule, completion of tasks, responsible attitude to equipment and animals;
− readiness for seasonality: working hours and tasks may vary depending on the season (for example, during
harvest).
Accommodation: provided by the company free of charge.
Meals: not provided by the company, there is a separate place for meals.
Transportation: provided by the employer to and from work.
