Work schedule:
– from 06:00 to 16:00
-5 days a week.
Responsibilities:
-Preparatory work at the construction site:
-clearing the territory from garbage and unnecessary materials;
-installation of temporary fences and ensuring the safety of the work area;
-specialists without experience actively assist in the delivery of construction materials to the work site, aswell as in their proper stacking and storage;
-Participation in concrete works:
-preparation of concrete mixtures;
-Pouring into molds and other concrete-related processes;
-Assemble and disassemble scaffolding and formwork:
-Assist in the assembly and disassembly of scaffolding and formwork;
-ensure that structures are properly installed and safe for working at height;
-Work with small construction tasks:
-Participate in minor tasks such as mixing mortar, setting up props, leveling surfaces, and laying tiles and other materials.
-Ensure compliance with safety regulations:
-Follow strict safety instructions to minimize the risk of injury;
-Ensure that the site is free of obstacles or hazardous materials that could pose a threat to other employees.
-Assist qualified construction workers:
-Provide assistance to more experienced construction workers (supplying tools, performing auxiliary operations such as fastening materials, leveling walls, or installing insulation).
