City: Gliwice.
Activity: OPmobility automotive plant in Gliwice, specializing in the production of car bumpers.
We invite to work: men and women, up to 55 years old.
Salary:
⎯4800 PLN gross per month;
⎯400 PLN gross bonus for working during the month without absenteeism and for productivity;
⎯overtime work is possible depending on the needs of the plant and is paid +50
⎯work on weekends is possible and paid +100;
⎯night time supplement +20% to the salary.
Schedule:
⎯3 shifts of 8 hours each (6:00-14:00; 14:00-22:00; 22:00-6:00);
⎯one break – 20 minutes.
Responsibilities:
-assembly work – assembling parts according to instructions;
-work with a thermoplastic machine – cutting out elements on the finished product;
-work in the paint shop – correction of painted elements;
-quality control.
Meals: There are food and coffee vending machines at the workplace.
Work clothes: Work clothes are provided free of charge.
Accommodation:
⎯provided by the employer free of charge during the first 3 months of work;
⎯in a room lives 2-3 people.
Type of contract: legal employment contract – Umowa o pracę.
