We assist our clients to apply for a work permit, in the event that they require one to be able to work in Canada, which can either be an open work permit or an employer specific work permit. The requirements which are common to both types of permits are as follows:

• Provide proof that you will leave Canada on expiration of the work permit.
• Provide sufficient upkeep funds and those necessary to return home.
• Have no record of criminal activity nor must you be deemed to be a danger to Canada’s security.
• Be in good health and have a medical exam, if required.
• Your employer’s status must not be “ineligible” on the designated list.
• Applicants intended employer must not, on a regular basis offer striptease, erotic dance, escort services or erotic massages,
